Many moons ago, when I was in college, I was a DJ at Bishop’s University radio station. I was also involved in helping Radio Bishop’s get their broadcast license from the CRTC. I would sell advertising to local businesses, and then go back to Radio Bishop’s to create and record that advertising with a small team of DJ’s. Many years later, and through the efforts of many more people, Radio Bishop’s finally received their license.
Radio Bishop’s is now called CJMQ, and a radio show host by the name of Sheila Quinn heard me being interviewed recently on national radio. She contacted me through Facebook, and said she’d love to interview me, to learn more about about my crazy wonderful life. And that’s how I ended up on CJMQ, more than 25 years after I was a DJ at that very same radio station.
